SightBuddies is our eye screening program for children in need. CharityVision helps local school districts provide vision and education for 2,000 children yearly.
FREE EYE SCREENINGS & GLASSES
According to the NCBI, 44% of students who are failing school do so because of unaddressed vision impairment.
Our SightBuddies program partners with local schools and eye centers to provide glasses to students K-12 who cannot afford them. Our program also extends to adults in need in the Salt Lake Area.
40% of all US children depend on free or reduced lunch at school. This same population of children struggles to get visual health services.
Anywhere from 50-60% of children come back year after year with the same vision diagnosis and no glasses. You can make a difference in your OWN school district. Donate to the SightBuddies Program and help a child get better grades this school year.
