Peru
-
Peru has the highest visual impairment rate of any country in Latin America, but its hospitals lack affordable supplies to meet the demand of patients in need.
-
CharityVision partners with public and nonprofit hospitals throughout Peru to provide surgical intervention to people in need. Because 6.69 million Peruvians live in rural areas, we also run mobile eye screenings around the country to provide glasses and surgeries.
